Shipping rates

Shipping rates must be created to distinguish the shipping rate/method that will be used to ship an order. An order cannot be shipped without a shipping rate.

Shipping rates are provided as a selectable option to the users at the end of the picking process for an order. The selected rate is provided as part of the Shipment Dispatch request.
